Response by Quantum Flooring: Honestly it was a hard project. This time it was different. Mrs Lee wanted us to remove all old flooring in 4 bedrooms. We did exactly that and I offered to re-enforce the Subfloor by cutting out termite damaged areas. We did this by adding more screws and nails before installing new unfinished hardwood.
