Tacoma Lower Control Arm Cam Bolts

I just picked up a 2008 2WD Tacoma and was installing a DJM kit on it today when I realized the front lower control arm bolts are all seized in the bushings and won't turn or come out when beat on with a hammer. So do I take a sawzall and cut them out or try a c clamp style ball joint press... I need to replace the lower control arm of my 1997 2.7 Tacoma 4X4. Unfortunately, I discovered the adjustment cams running through the lower control arm bushings are frozen in place. I’m ordering new cams, but I’d like recommendations for removing the cams without too much effort or further complicating the lower control arm removal. Tech said that when he tried to adjust the cam bolts they would just return to there normal position. He also said my lower ball joints were leaking a tad (result of lift). Service advisor said the lower control arms would have to be replaced to remedy these two issues. I call BS on that. Defiantly the cam bolts, but what about the ball joints?
